Complex components in small and large production volumes

In our factory in Stenkullen outside Gothenburg, we operate a modern machine park that enables the manufacturing and processing of complex components in a wide range of dimensions. Our multi operation machines are particularly suited for efficient production in both small and large volumes.

By combining advanced CNC machining with strong technical expertise, we meet high demands on precision, repeatability and surface finish.

Design and technical support

Do you need support already in the design phase? Our extensive experience in material science, design and machining allows us to contribute from the very early concept stage.

Using 3D CAD and solid modelling, we can simulate functionality, optimise the design and ensure that the product is adapted for efficient manufacturing. This results in a reliable process and a final product with the right performance and quality.

Advanced machining in a wide range of materials

In our multi operation lathes, we can machine most commonly used materials on the market. The machines handle bar material with diameters from 5 to 65 mm. With driven tools, Y axis and sub spindle, we can perform complete machining in a single setup, including:

Drilling
Threading

Machining can be performed both vertically and horizontally, enabling highly complex components with high precision and excellent surface finish.

Industrial cleaning

To ensure a high level of cleanliness, we also offer industrial cleaning of components. We use a fully automated industrial cleaning system from EMO that operates with modified alcohol. The process provides effective degreasing and enables components to meet strict cleanliness requirements, even for applications where they are used in oxygen or gas related environments.
