Gas Preheater
Gas preheater GVW 250 for gas cylinders or cylinder bundles.
The use of a gas preheater effectively prevents a reduction in flow rate and possible interruptions to the production process.
Designed for efficient heating of highly compressed inert and non-corrosive gases. The gas preheater helps prevent icing of downstream equipment by heating the gas medium before expansion. Reliable continuous operation is ensured through a dual temperature control system that prevents overheating.
The unit is supplied with a plug, a 2 m power cable, gas-specific connections, and a green LED indicator showing “Heating ON”.
The gas preheater helps prevent icing of regulators and connections installed on gas cylinders (argon, carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrous oxide, oxygen, or nitrogen) as well as on gas distribution systems where icing may occur due to expansion cooling.
